SEAMLESS COORDINATION
We work closely with the EAP to coordinate care and provide regular updates on progress. We also ensure all paperwork is signed within 48 hours by our medical staff for FMLA/Short term disability and returned.

PHP (PARTIAL HOSPITALIZATION)
Transitional Program provides intensive daytime care, while clients continue to live in our supportive housing.
